Requirements to vote: 

• 18 years old on or by Election Day.

• US citizen.

• Resident of North Dakota and your precinct for 30 days preceding the election.

How do I register?

There is no voting registration in North Dakota, as it is the only state without it. 

• There are no ID requirements necessary to register (except if you are registering for absentee or via mail voting).
